These latitude ring scrapers ensure smooth patterned cake tiers, perfect for use with creams, chocolate, buttercream and royal icing. It’s a great tool for creating quick and easy designs on various cake designs, including birthdays, weddings and other celebrations – with plenty of opportunities to get creative.

There are two scrapers available – one with 4″/6″ edges, and the other with 8″/10″ edges. Perfect for taller cake tiers.

Simply remove the centre third of your cake by using your chosen edge. Fill with fresh cream, buttercream or royal icing and smooth using a regular scraper. It’s quick, easy and stress-free!

The scraper also has a ruler to help line up the latitude ring.
