Add simple yet decorative Santa’s Sleigh designs to a range of different festive treats using this set of 2 plunger cutters from PME.

The cutter set features 2 different sizes of the same sleigh design that are the perfect size to top off a Christmas celebration cake or place on top of a selection of seasonal cupcakes.

The cutters are very easy to use, simply roll out your fondant, press the cutter into the sugarpaste and then push down on the plunger to emboss the design. Try dusting the cutter with a little corn flour before using it if your sugarpaste is sticking, or using a scriber tool to help ease out the design.

The cutters can be used with a range of different decorating materials including sugarpaste/fondant, modelling paste, marzipan, modelling paste and flower paste.

Try using different coloured sugarpaste for more colourful designs when cutting. Alternatively you could use white sugarpaste and then colour in the details with edible markers or add a little festive glitter and shine by brushing them with lustre or sparkle dust. Mix the dust with rejuvenator spirit or lemon extract to form a paint to make it easier to colour your decorations.

The plunger cutters are made from durable, food grade plastic and can be used over and over again if cared for properly.

It is recommended to clean the cutters before and after use. To clean, hand wash in warm soapy water.
