The tools are perfect for creating a variety of different decorations and closed eyes for figures and models. Once embossed, you can decorate using lustre dusts, edible paints or simply colouring in using edible pens.

This range of Sweet Elite tools has been designed and created by a selection of the best and most well-known cake artists and decorators around and made specifically with other bakers in mind. They have been designed to ensure the most professional finish possible whilst making them easy to use for all decorators whether novice or expert.

The tools can be used to emboss a huge range of mediums including: sugarpaste/fondant, modelling paste, flower paste, modelling chocolate and cookie dough as well as a range of non-edible materials such as modelling clay. We would advise however, that is using the tools with non-edible materials, not to then use them with edible mediums as the cutters will no longer be deemed food safe.

Tool One creates narrow arcs. One end creates arcs that are 6 mm x 13 mm, while the other creates arcs 12 mm x 11 mm.

Tool Two creates wide arcs. One end creates arcs that are 21 mm x 11 mm, while the other creates arcs 21 mm x 6 mm.
